Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Iris.

We take great care in preparing every order and aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of receiving your order.

Please note that during busy periods or for personalised items, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.95, with free UK delivery on orders over £75.

Orders are usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. However, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier where appropriate to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times

Most UK orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we aim to meet these delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or periods of high demand.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

House of Iris cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at hello@houseofiris.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist in investigating the delivery with the courier.
